On the YDOC portal, patients can leave reviews on the pages of clinics and on the pages of doctors.
The reviews left on the clinic's page usually contain information about the comfort of visiting the clinic. These may include impressions of the work of the administrator and the nursing staff, the convenience of the clinic's facilities, the availability of a ramp, parking, and so on.
Reviews that reflect the opinion of a particular doctor's visit are published on the doctor's own page, regardless of which clinic the appointment took place in. At the same time, the patient, leaving a review on the doctor's page, selects the clinic where he visited the doctor. Reviews published on the doctor's page are duplicated on the page of the clinic that the patient indicated as the appointment location as long as the doctor is an employee of the clinic.
What will happen to the reviews if the clinic visited by the patient closes or moves to another address?
If the review is left on the clinic's page, it will remain on the same page, even after the mark appears on it«Больше не работает». If the clinic has changed its address and a new page has been created for it, the reviews left by patients on the previous page will not be copied/transferred to the new page. Reviews about the clinic usually reflect the comfort of the visit. Accordingly, the reviews left on the previous page will be irrelevant in the event of a move.
If the review was left on the doctor's page, then regardless of whether the clinic where the appointment was held has moved or closed, the review will remain unchanged on the doctor's page.
If the clinic has been rebranded, but the location and legal entity have not changed, the reviews will remain on the same page, but the clinic will have a new name.
If the clinic is transferred to a new owner, then:
- the legal entity, name, website and doctors have changed, but the address has not changed, then a new clinic page is created, and the old one is closed. The reviews remain on a closed page, and a new page is created for the new legal entity.;
- the legal entity has changed, but the website, name, address and doctors are the same, then upon application for a change of legal entity, we leave the same page. The reviews are saved.
- The legal entity has not changed, but the name, website, and doctors have changed, so the page remains the same with updated data. The reviews are saved.
