A user can share their opinion about a doctor or clinic only once. We believe that all users are equal and the opinion of one person should not be taken into account twice. At the same time, we understand that during treatment, as well as repeated visits, opinions can either strengthen or change. Therefore, an authorized user can add a review.
Important! The user can leave up to three additions to the previously left review of the doctor.
If a patient has had a new appointment with a doctor and wants to add information about this to the review, they can leave a new review on the same page from the same phone number.
Important! You can change the rating of the review when adding it and attach the necessary documents if desired.
Addition of an already published review 
1. Select the doctor to whom you want to add the review, and click on the button«Оставить отзыв».
2. In the form that opens, enter the phone number that was specified when leaving the review, and click «Подтвердить номер».
3. Enter the verification code. The system will check whether you have previously left a review on the selected doctor and whether it has been published. After verification, a page with a review supplement form will be displayed, which will contain the doctor's details, a notification of a previously left review, a link to the current review, a text input field for the supplement, and information about the documents confirming admission from the clinic.
Tip: We recommend that you immediately attach to the review a document confirming the new visit to the doctor (the date of admission, full name and seal of the doctor or medical institution should be in the frame). In this case, information about the previous admission will be added to the text of the new review, and the review itself will be published from the date of the new review.
4. Enter the text with the addition of the review in the appropriate field and click «Отправить отзыв».
5. The text of the supplement must contain at least 200 characters. If the number of characters is lower, a notification about too short padding will appear.
6. After sending a request to add a review, an inscription about reviewing the review will appear on the screen with information about the timing of moderation and the ability to change the previously used email address, as well as a button«Посмотреть отзыв». Clicking on the button «Посмотреть текущий отзыв»opens a window with the original review. If this is not the first time you have added a review, then the original review is displayed along with the already published addition.
7. If you have already completed the review three times and are trying to add the supplement for the fourth time, then when you click on the button «Оставить отзыв»on the doctor's page, a screen will appear prohibiting sending the supplement. After clicking on the button«Понятно», you will return to the doctor's page.
How the review supplement is displayed in various sections
When displaying add-ons, the more recent one is positioned higher than the previous ones. Also, the reviews to which the addition was added are displayed at the top of the list. The add-ons will be displayed on the doctor's and clinic's page.
